Yoga and meditation are important to improve the level of health. With scientific developments, the life style has changed and comforts of man have increased. On the other hand, it has developed entirely new set of problems for mankind. Unknown diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, stress, tension sleeplessness, spondolytis depression, Sinusitis etc. have make themselves present even among common persons.

Less of physical activity, economic and social disturbances, family tensions, negative thoughts about the future, improper treatment of diseases, are all creating new problems.

The ancient science of yoga, especially Yogasanas and meditation has the answers to the problems. This is making Yoga popular in American culture.

Yogasanas are many in number, but one can select for himself. A minimum of 20 to 30 minutes must be given for this practice, which should be done on an empty stomach, with loose dress in a good ventilated place. Pressing and relaxing of muscles nerves and the vital organs help to improve flow of blood and energy in the body which in turn prevent and cure many common and uncommon, acute and chronic problems by energizing and purifying various systems.
