Several misconceptions exist regarding the foods we eat. Many people tend to believe that non-vegetarian foods are healthier than vegetarian
diets consuming ghee, butter, nuts (almonds, cashew nuts etc) milk cream is good for health ; raw eggs and raw milk are health enhancing, cooking tomatoes and spinach is not good etc. such beliefs have no scientific basis.
